Something weird is going on with human sperm production. For decades, scientists have warned that sperm counts are dropping among Western men, but no one has really been able to prove it. In what is now the largest and most comprehensive study of its kind, scientists have presented compelling evidence in support of this rather alarming assertion, showing that sperm counts have dropped more than 50 percent in just four decades. Surely it has nothing to do with pharmaceuticals, ingredients in household items such as deodorant/soap, certain ingredients in processed foods or chewing gum, etc.

A lot of men (I'm looking at you, men of CE) are masturbating to porn everyday, sometimes multiple time a day. The internet has made porn too accessible, so men are rarely optimal when it comes to sperm count.
Combined that with the disgusting food some people eat, gallons of soda they drink and getting fat in their parent's basements, of course sperm count will go down.

(dont know too much about it tbh). apparently sitting for long hours can reduce sperm count. "Sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time also might increase the temperature in your scrotum and slightly reduce sperm production."
