Well the trend of people who post there is that they're male, shy, socially awkward, and/or physically unattractive, so I would guess those are the causes of involuntary celibacy. One could also say that they're also bitter misogynists, but while that's true it realistically isn't the cause. There are non-bitter misogynists who rarely find partners and bitter misogynists who find plenty of partners. They probably turned into bitter misogynists after failing at dating to begin with.

Some people don't actually have problems attracting dates, but instead get immensely upset that the usual outcomes of those dates don't meet their expectations. So you end up with people who don't have much difficulty getting laid, but are still angry that none of those sexual ventures give them the satisfaction that they expect (demand).
Socially awkward virgin males are the poster boys for bitterness towards women in dating, but a large portion of every day misogyny stems also from numbers of men who date women regularly. Getting laid does not instantly erase any bitter opinions men have towards the behavior of women. Some of the biggest gripes men produce about women come from men who spend the most time with them... The whole idea of "it's just male virgins angry at women for not putting out" is false. Even guys who get laid regularly still have a ton of complaints about women. And they too are vocal about it on media. It's a longstanding issue caused by the differences in genders.
