Now, imagine a headline such as this in reference to non whites. Its a double standard. No doubt about it. Racism exists everywhere and its unfair. The problem is this argument is almost exclusively made by people who will unironically say that racism isn't a thing, or overrated when it comes to other minorities facing franking much worse consequences. Either you think that the racism/sexism thing is basically fake news across the board (which I find a bit naive personally but whatever) or you think racism/sexism is an issue and we take steps to tackle all the issues, including things like BLM. This current Republican approach of "radical self-responsibility for non-conservative Judeo-Christian males, constant scapegoats and compassion for conservative Judeo-Christian males" is not a logical option.

South African history did not begin and end with apartheid. The population there exploded due to farming innovations brought by you know who. My post wasn't screw white people. It was screw the obvious racially biased discrepancies in various systems.
We as a people can admit there are certain advantages and disadvantages to all kinds of visual identifiers. Men get treated differently then women. Young people get treated differently then old folks. Short and tall, athletic and overweight, casually dressed and well dressed, attractive and unattractive, etc.
Looks play a factor in how your treated. Sometimes it's deliberate, most times its instinctive/ reactive. Yet white people insisting that its never race because they feel like we're attacking them constantly is asinine. Calling out certain systems and institutions on their bullshit is not an attack on any of you as individuals.

Why people can't criticize sections of populations as opposed to the whole population or feel like that the criticism of someone else should weigh on them, especially if they don't even agree with or support the action of that person. It's clearly obvious that there's plenty of individuality and different types of cultures within any racial group.
