If jontron was the deal breaker you were never going to play much of the game to begin with you lying troll. Mods, do your thing!
How miserable are your gaming priorities when you base "the whole point of even buying a game" on the lack of gibberish voice acting from a loser who looks and acts less like a human being than Vincent D'Onoforio did in Men in Black?

you know famous people... actors....Singer..... and YouTubers... like WTF people that care for stuff like that should seriously go out and live in the woods for a month and then we can talk again
such unimportant stuff
such unimportant stuff
you are all hurt, posting in my anchient topic
Is that how you reaffirm a sense of some twisted self-righteousness? Well, up to you how you get your kicks. At least I don't get mine from throwing a tantrum over a 15 second voice cameo consisting of grunting noises.
I know. I LOVE Banjo-Kazooie (100%'d), Tooie to a lesser extent, and collectathons like the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger series. Despite Yooka-Laylee's mediocre reception, I still would have picked it up just for my love of the genre and to support the excellent work of the soundtrack's composer. The Jontron situation was a dealbreaker for me. And no, it isn't because the game suffers without his fairly insignificant cameo. It's due to the principle of the event that I could never financially support the creators of this game. It's because the company removed his voice work due to his personal beliefs, (all of which are verifiable by statistics), while simultaneously expressing that their game is all for diversity.
All forms of diversity except for diversity of thought, I suppose.
*Edited because I wanted to give a shout out to another great collectathon on Steam for fans of the genre hungry for more. Check out Unbox: Newbie's Adventure.

Please point me to what "belief" was untrue. They were facts... albeit not ones that are comfortable to discuss for most people due to the emotional response elicited. But to a rational human being, facts trump emotion. Also, ad hominem attacks? Really? I guess emotions are what drives you, but craving the true is my fuel.

Anyone who only wanted to play the game because JonTron was in it, didn't care much about the game itself to begin with. "Oh, my Youtube idol's not in? Screw your game then, WWHHAAAAAHHH!"
Hey all,
You're welcome to discuss Yooka-Layee here, but if you encounter differences of opinions with other players please don't resort to insults and slurs.
Thanks!
